How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days across India. COD orders may take an additional 1-2 days due to verification.

Can I return an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required to verify the product’s condition. The returns are allowed subjected to the approval.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns not allowed. However, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies for exchanges.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds are processed within 7 to 15 working days and credited back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@memorylane.in with your order details and the unboxing video. A flat fee of ₹150 applies for exchanges.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We’ll review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, it can’t be canceled. Frequent cancellations may lead to account suspension.
