Return, Exchange, and Cancellation

At Memory Lane, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns (Damaged Products Only)

We accept returns only in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be raisedΒ within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must beΒ unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • AΒ clear unboxing video showing the product condition at the time of delivery is mandatory for verification.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@memorylane.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video

Once verified, our team will approve the return request.

Return Pickup

  • Approved returns will be picked up through our courier partner.
  • A return shipping fee of β‚Ή150 will be applicable unless the product is confirmed as defective.

2. Refunds

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Exchange shipping fee of β‚Ή150 is applicable.

Once the original item is received, the replacement is dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to availability.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share the unboxing video clearly showing the issue

You may choose between:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged during delivery:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
